NL & BE: All Dutch and Belgian orders we deliver for free! Regardless of the order-size.

Luxembourg, France, Germany : We ship all JSPR-Products for free.
Note: For the other brands there will be shipping costs. These shipping costs are weight-based and will be automatically calculated at the check-out, depending on the total weight and the delivery address.

Europe: For all orders there will be shipping costs. These shipping costs are weight-based and will be automatically calculated at the check-out, depending on the total weight and the delivery address.
Note: When products are small, but heavy, the automatically calculated shipping costs may turn out too high, feel free to ask us for a personal quote!

USA: For customers from The United States, all orders will have shipping costs! These shipping costs are weight-based and will be automatically calculated at the check-out, depending on the total weight and the delivery address. We will make sure that all products that are send to The USA, will be applied with the suitable cables & light-sources for usage in The USA.

Duties & taxes: The World of JSPR, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

Delivery time: All items in our shop are provided with the estimated delivery time. In reality the delivery times can turn out to be longer or shorter. When you order multiple items at one time, the delivery of the complete order is maintained by the product with the longest delivery time. If a delivery is delayed we will always contact you!

Track & Trace: Because our products differ in weight, size and packaging method, we use different delivery services. Depending on the delivery, we will send you the information you need to track your package!
